Conference Procedure

Step Description
1. Registration and Platform Access Participants are required to register through the official ICASE website and will receive a confirmation email with access details for the event. Upon entering the virtual conference platform, participants are advised to check their audio/video settings to ensure a smooth experience.
2. Session Procedures (Virtual) Each session will be conducted as a webinar or live video conference. Speakers will present their research through shared screens or slides, following a specific time allocation for each presentation. During the session, participants may submit their questions via the chat or Q&A feature. After each presentation, the moderator will read selected questions from the audience and direct them to the speaker for responses.
3. Virtual Breaks and Networking Scheduled virtual breaks will allow participants to relax or engage in informal discussions with fellow attendees through designated "virtual networking rooms" provided on the platform.
4. Workshops and Interactive Sessions Workshops and panel discussions will be held in breakout rooms. Participants can interact directly with speakers through live chat or audio. Moderators will guide the discussions and encourage active involvement from all attendees. For hands-on workshops, participants may be asked to download pre-session materials or will receive the necessary resources during the session.
5. Post-Conference Access All recorded sessions, presentation files, and additional materials will be shared with participants via email or the designated platform after the event. Attendees are encouraged to join follow-up webinars or related events if available. Organizers may also publish event summaries, highlights, or key takeaways on the official ICASE website and social media pages.
